It is a capping agent, rolled up or crimped on the neck of the container after it is filled and closed with a rubber stopper, ensuring the tightness of the capping
Description
This cap consists of two components, a cap and a plastic cap protruding beyond the edge of the aluminum cap, fixed to the bottom of the cap with petals or a rivet with a completely detached petal and lines of weakened section.
Foil thickness for caps with a diameter of up to 20 mm = 0.2 mm, over 28 mm = 0.21 mm.
The aluminum cap is made of silver foil, can be painted in any color or coated with a colorless varnish. The plastic cover is made of polypropylene, can be painted in any color and have an inscription or drawing.
The caps are placed in a plastic bag or a sterilization bag, after which they are placed in a corrugated box.
At the request of the customer, the caps can be made of other standard sizes specified in the technical specifications.
