Lotion pumps

Our company offers its own production of lotion pumps. The production of lotion pumps is carried out using caps of 24 and 28 mm, as well as tubes of various lengths, manufactured individually depending on customer requirements. The product has an ON/OFF rotary mechanism that prevents accidental pressing of the pump button and a non-contact pump that eliminates the possibility of contact and contact of the metal spring with the substance inside the lotion pump. Each pump included in the product is electronically checked for suction strength and tightness. In addition, the finished products undergo repeated selective inspection with a predetermined frequency for tightness in a special vacuum chamber, where they are tested under conditions several times higher than the usual load.
